Ornellaia’s winemaker Axel Heinz led the tasting of an impressive line-up of sixteen vintages cleverly grouped under ‘Fresh’, ‘Charming’, ‘Opulent’ and ‘Structured’, and tasted in this order rather than the traditional young to old. read more
